Steps to Fund Your Loan
Step 1: Open Ned
Click the button in your email. (It might say “Apply” — ignore that, you’re approved!)
Step 2: Enter basic information, if prompted
Step 3: Connect Your Bank Account
Link the primary business checking account you used in your application.
Step 4: Click Next, then Review Submission
Step 5: Complete Business Verification
From your Profile page (just below Connect Your Bank Account), complete Business Verification. (See information needed below.)Step 6: Confirm Account #
Your full account number is masked at each step in the process. To send your funds we’ll need the full account number. If you have not provided a business checking statement already, please upload one though the Application Docs tab.
Step 7: We’ll Prepare Your Closing Documents
Once complete, we’ll email you when your documents are ready to sign.
Step 8: Sign and Get Funded ✍️
Sign your documents securely in Ned. Funds typically arrive in 1–2 business days, depending on your bank.
➕ Business Verification
We use Astra for business verification. The link is located below the Bank Account Connection section on your Profile page.
Why This Matters? Business Verification must be completed before disbursement. It can be done any time after submitting your application.
- Log into Ned.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down to Business Verification.
- Click Start Verification.
- Follow prompts to submit information via Astra.
